FIRST CONTACT
My acquaintance with free diving was at the age of 7 during snorkeling and observing the sea world, always with the guidance and safe presence of my father.
Since then, the water to me has been, and continues to be, a source of inspiration for what I do in my life, as I travel both physically and mentally. It used to be my athletic environment as it was a substantial part of the sport (swimmer and water polo player) in which I focused for many years as a champion.
Later, as an adult I got to know the secrets of water world better by attending the free diving school and getting the corresponding diploma.

Trust me; the delight is not in the deepest. It can be just a few feet below the water surface.
